Shipping & Returns
ShippingAll items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) for cost saving reasons and also for tracking purposes. If you prefer to ship via a different carrier please contact by phone and we can make special arrangments. Orders are normally shipped 24-48 hours after receipt or payment.
Returns & ReplacementsAll items that are damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded. We have a 30 day return policy. If you are disatisfied with any of the products you receive you may have them refunded or replaced with items of equal value. To return an item please contact us during regular business hours and we will arrange for the return of the item. If an item appears to be damaged during transit please notify us and the carrier immediately.
OrderingOrders can be placed or the internet or alternatively over the phone. Phone orders can be placed during regular business hours.
Payment, Pricing & PromotionsWe currently accept payment through Discover, MasterCard, Visa and personal or business checks. Please do not send cash in the mail as there is no way of us assuring that your funds reach us in good order. All pricing on the website is final. Promotions and sales are available during certain seasons and each promotion or sale will end after a certain time frame.
